FORK River Clean Up, Saturday 1 April 2023
Thanks to everyone who turned up on Saturday 1 April for the litter pick! Meeting at Ha’Penny Bridge House, the volunteer group headed to Wyndford and Dawsholm Park. A couple of big tyres, lots of broken glass, many unopened food jars and tins (?) and the special treat of lots of poo bags. Why oh why do the poo bags not make it into a bin on the walk or at home.
Our next clean up is Saturday 6 May 2023. Meet at 10:30 at Kelvingrove Art Gallery. Please dress for the weather, and if you have them bring some sturdy gloves; we will provide litter pickers, bin bags and hoops.
FORK River Clean Ups happen on the first Saturday of the month. Follow FORK on Instagram and twitter for more details, including the meeting points.
