FORK Members and Non-Members are invited to Friends of the River Kelvin (SCIO)’s AGM, 19:00-20:00 on Wednesday 9 October 2024.

The AGM is an opportunity for FORK Members, those interested in becoming Members and finding out more about what we do. We will share FORK’s recent charitable activities and business via the Chair’s Report, review FORK’s latest 2023 audited annual accounts and Membership Fees, and elect FORK Trustees.
We are delighted to be joined by David Webster of Strathclyde Geoconservation Group – part of the Geological Society of Glasgow – who will introduce A Geological Trail along the Kelvin Walkway.
FORK welcomes new Trustees. If you wish to protect and enhance the river Kelvin and its natural surroundings with a passionate and committed community, please email hello@fork.org.uk. We’d be happy to set up an informal conversation with a current Trustee. We welcome people with a broad range of skills, expertise and experience, particularly in marketing, development and law (specifically property and land).
Members are invited to submit motions relating to FORK’s Constitution, activities and priorities in advance of the AGM to hello@fork.org.uk by Monday 7 October 2024.
