Fork High-vis Vest Upgrade Session No. 2 With Rags To Riches, January 22nd 2025
With continued supported from The National Lottery Community Fund we are excited to present another opportunity to join us for one more Hi-Vis Vest Sewing Session led by Rags to Riches, were FORK Volunteers are invited to come and learn some basic machine sewing skills and help us upgrade our high-vis vests with new 'Friends of the River Kelvin' patches. The session is being held on Wednesday 22nd January 2025 from 18:00 - 20:00 at The Deep End, 21 Nithsdale Street G41 2PZ, and is an opportunity to learn some basic sewing skills and connect with your fellow FORK volunteers.
During Our last sewing session we made an amazing start towards upgrading our monthly litter pick vests which are now adorned with lovely new FORK patches! Printed for us by Cat Digital our Volunteers were able to learn new sewing skills, sharing sewing knowledge and stories. A big thank you to Rags to Riches for all their help and assistance leading the workshop, and thank you to everyone who came along and helped out!
