FORK High-Vis Vest Upgrade Session with Rags to Riches, November 27th 2024
Last month we announced that FORK was awarded National Lottery Community Funding.
With this support we are pleased to present a new series of workshops and events to help promote further public awareness and commitment to our care and maintenance of the river Kelvin.
We begin with a Hi-Vis Vest Sewing Session led by Rags to Riches, were FORK Volunteers are invited to come and learn some basic machine sewing skills and help us upgrade our high-vis vests with new 'Friends of the River Kelvin' patches. The session is being held on Wednesday 27th November 2024 from 18:00 - 20:00 at The Deep End, 21 Nithsdale Street G41 2PZ, and is an opportunity to learn some basic sewing skills and connect with your fellow FORK volunteers.
